How to Shutdown another computer without a software

Technology:-first. you and your victims computer must be connected in one LAN or WLAN. then follow this steps :
1. click start,then,run cmd, after that. type "shutdown.exe -i -m" (without " ).
2.click add and then type your victim's IP
2.in the new window, you can configurate your action type, you can shutdown he/she computers, or you maybe can restart his/her computer.
3.on the option panels you can select what option do you shut down the computers
4.and then, you must type the comment.
5.just click ok and see what happened to your Victim's PC
